Fire Alarm Systems (NFPA 72)
We provide fire alarm system design review, specification, and commissioning per NFPA 72 including detection and notification system design, mass notification and voice evacuation systems, fire alarm integration with smoke control and elevator recall, system upgrades and replacement engineering, and acceptance testing and documentation.
Sprinkler Systems (NFPA 13)
Our engineers provide sprinkler system design review and hydraulic analysis, system modification and upgrade engineering, NFPA 25 inspection and testing oversight, commodity classification for storage occupancies, and water supply analysis and fire pump coordination.
Fire Pumps (NFPA 20/25)
Fire pump services include pump sizing and selection review, annual flow testing per NFPA 25, weekly/monthly inspection program development, controller troubleshooting and programming, and deficiency identification and remediation support.
Integrated Testing (NFPA 4)
NFPA 4 requires integrated testing of fire protection systems to verify that all systems work together as designed. We coordinate and supervise integrated testing of fire alarm with sprinkler, smoke control, elevator recall, door release, and building management systems.
